Crisis resources
The Vive Healthy community is peer support, not clinical or emergency care. If you or someone you know is going through a crisis, the following resources offer free and confidential help.
Is this an emergency?
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911.
Call 911When to seek emergency care (not community or online therapy)
- Suicidal thoughts or crisis, or risk of harming yourself.
- Psychiatric emergencies or loss of contact with reality (psychotic symptoms).
- Violence or abuse with immediate risk to you or someone else.
- Situations that require hospitalization or urgent medical care.
Vive Healthy's online therapy does not handle these situations. If any of these apply to you, contact your local emergency services right away (911 in the U.S.) or use the helplines below.
