At Vive Healthy your privacy is fundamental. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what control you have over it. Given the sensitive nature of mental health, we treat your data with extra care.

Booking data: the date, time, and session type you schedule with a professional.
Content you create: community posts, messages, and wellness entries (mood and journal).
Technical data: basic device and usage information to keep the service secure.

To operate the platform: magic-link authentication, bookings, community, and resources.
To communicate with you: session confirmations and reminders.
To improve and maintain the security of the service.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal data.
We share data only with providers that make the platform work (for example, payment processing with Stripe and Supabase infrastructure), and only as needed to deliver the service.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of individuals.
4. Anonymous community posts
When you post anonymously, your identity is not shown to other community members.
Anonymity is real toward other users: your identity is not publicly linked to the post.
5. Data security
We apply row-level security (RLS) in our database and sanitize user-generated content.
No system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using reasonable industry practices.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.

7. Health data (PHI / HIPAA)
Vive Healthy does not store clinical notes, diagnoses, or medical records on the platform.
Wellness content (mood and journal) is private and visible only to you, protected by RLS.
