Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Vive Healthy you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Who can use the platform

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

3. The platform is not emergency care

Vive Healthy and its community are peer support and a connection to professionals; they are not emergency services or a substitute for urgent clinical care.

4. Bookings, payments, and credits

Sessions are paid per session or per pack through Stripe.

Session credits are added to your account after payment is confirmed.

Cancellation and refund policies will be shown at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and rescheduling: you can cancel or reschedule a session at no cost up to 24 hours before it starts. With less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not show up, the session is treated as used.

Pack validity: pack sessions expire 8 weeks after the purchase date. Sessions you do not use before expiry are forfeited and are not refundable.

Refund of individual sessions: an unused individual session may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.

Refund of packs: only unused sessions are refunded. Each session already used is deducted at the current individual price (USD 29.90), not at the discounted pack price.

Refund method: approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.

This policy is preliminary and subject to legal review.

6. User conduct

Treat others with respect. Harassment, hate speech, spam, and illegal content are not allowed.

Do not share information that could identify other people without their consent.

7. User content and moderation

You are responsible for the content you post. We may moderate, hide, or remove content that violates these terms.

You grant us permission to display the content you post within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

8. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Vive Healthy is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Contact and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico City, Mexico. Vive Healthy is operated by Código para Centros de Contacto, S.A. de C.V. For inquiries, email us at contacto@vive-healthy.com.
